- Review discovery, account creation, device access, connectivity, readability, privacy, navigation, follow-up, and the ability to ask for help.
- Invite participants to identify who may be missing from the conversation and which assumptions could create an invisible barrier.
Connect barriers with practical remedies
- Pair each barrier with a realistic remedy the working group can examine.
- Describe current eligibility, availability, and account requirements clearly in every invitation.
Carry learning forward
- Document access concerns accurately and group recurring themes.
- Route systemic questions into the appropriate COIM Inc, CSPN, or research review pathway.

The group can identify barriers across the full user journey, include affected perspectives, test practical remedies, and measure whether access becomes easier in real settings.
